Our 14 Day Returns | Exchange | Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order or your order is not quite right for you, we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving your order. Simply email us at , with your order number, along with the name of your item/s you wish to return and the reason for your refund/exchange.
Within 14 days of notifying us via email, you have 7 days to return the package to us. All you need to do is keep everything in the undamaged packaging, pop a note in the parcel to let us know your name, order number and reason for your refund/exchange and return the package to us. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the package back to us. Please send the package tracked and keep a proof of receipt until you have received the refund as we take no responsibility for lost items.
Once we have received your package, and only if items are eligible for a refund, you will receive the refund within 7 working days. For an exchange, you will receive the product within the normal delivery time.
Items eligible for a refund/exchange must be undamaged and unused and must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Sealed products which have been opened are not suitable to be returned unless faulty. For faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence to request a refund.
